NAVEL welcomes Angela Seo and Blaine O’Neill to the Board of Directors as representatives of the Collective Residents for 2019.

Angela Seo is a musician, artist and policy advisor in local politics.

Blaine O’Neill is an affiliate of multiple collectives, working as an artist, designer, web developer and disc jockey. Their research and work are defined by improvisation, intersubjectivity and failure.
