This dinner pairs the auditory archive of its assembly with its consumption. Each dish and audio track explore the sonic landscape of the meal and its ingredients. Inspired by the agriculture of ancient Japan, the meal contrasts elements of the Shojin Monk diet with that of the Samurai.
